Since 2006, Freshening Industries (M) Sdn Bhd — part of the Singapore-based Freshening Group — has served Malaysia's foodservice, hospitality and healthcare sectors. We began in wet wipes distribution, grew into manufacturing, and in 2016 relocated production to our own facility in Huizhou, China — giving us direct control over quality, innovation and supply.

In 2021, as the pandemic receded, we founded GOLAA : a house of professional brands built for markets in constant flux. In an industry flooded with generic, unbranded products, we saw room to do better—to design and engineer products made specifically for the demanding realities of the professional kitchen.

Today GOLAA reaches customers across Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei, Thailand and the Philippines through a growing network of distributors and partners — and the portfolio keeps expanding.
