1 to 1 Exchange Policy
All our products come with a 1 to 1 exchange warranty. It's fast, easy and just return the item of purchase.
Products can only be exchanged if there is any manufacturing or unsatisfactory fault. Items are not exchangeable due to any negligence caused after you have accepted delivery of products deemed to be in good condition.
No Refund Policy
Validity Period
1-to-1 exchange is valid within 1 month period from date of purchase or receipt of goods.
Usage Condition
The 1-to-1 exchange is void if the product shortcoming or default is due to negligence in usage beyond its intended functions or applications.
Exchange eligibility
The product to be exchanged must be unused or in its original condition as received or in its original packaging. Proof of purchase may be requested for verification.
Customised /Special Order Exchange
For products that are customised or of special order, the replacement product will be from house brands or other products of equal value.
Orders by Non-Residents on country sites
Currently, our Golaa stores in Malaysian e-commerce sites are designed to serve customers residing within Malaysia only. Therefore, it is not viable to execute the 1-to-1 exchange policy, though valid, when customers residing in other countries besides Malaysia place orders on these sites.
It is advisable for customers residing in these countries to place their orders on the local Golaa or Golaa partners e-commerce sites of their country of residence. Our apologies for any inconvenience caused.
