Open the container
Remove the lid and take out the inner base (push-up disc).

Add a paper liner (optional)
Place a round wax paper or greaseproof paper at the bottom for easy release.

Fill with sushi layers
Add sushi rice first, then your toppings/fillings (salmon, crab, cucumber, tamago, etc.).
Press gently to keep the layers firm.

Close and secure
Put the lid back on tightly for safe takeaway and delivery.

Push & enjoy
